The Celtics are staying busy while they wait for the season to start. Wednesday, the gang Green joined kids from Holland Elementary School on a duck boat tour while reading — what else? — the Robert McCloskey classic “Make Way for Ducklings.” Celts players taking part included Kelly Olynyk, Jordan Crawford, Chris Babb, Phil Pressey, Damen Bell-Holter, Kammron Taylor, and the former Mr. Kim Kardashian himself, Kris Humphries. . . . Tuesday, new C’s head coach Brad Stevens, president of basketball ops Danny Ainge, team co-owner Jim Pallotta, assistant coach Walter McCarty, and players Olynyk, Crawford, DeShawn Sims, Pressey, Jeff Green, Courtney Lee, and Taylor participated in the annual Teeing Up for Kids Golf Tournament to raise money for the Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation. The day of golf took place at the Wollaston Golf Club and was emceed by Comcast SportsNet’s Abby Chin.
