Red Sox first baseman Mike Napoli was at Modell’s in Medford on Monday night to support Boston Children's Hospital and to sign memorabilia for fans. From now through October, $1 from all sales of Nike #GetBeard shirts sold at Modell’s (and on the store’s website) will go to the hospital. During the kickoff festivities, Napoli signed Medford 6-year-old Trey Flaherty’s baseball glove, which was purchased for him the year he was born.
