Jon Hamm, Dane Cook, Drew Bledsoe, and Secretary of State John F. Kerry at Fenway
That was, in fact, a bearded Jon Hamm sitting begind home plate during Saturday night’s game at Fenway Park. We’re hoping that “The Town” star checks out some of the World Series games while his partner, Jennifer Westfeldt, who stars in The Huntington’s “The Power of Duff” at the Calderwood Pavilion. Saturday’s game was actually long enough for Westfeldt to get there. The actress was spotted joining Hamm at the ballpark shortly after her two-hour-plus performance, which started at 8 p.m., was over. Arlington-bred comedian Dane Cook also made it over to Fenway in time to see the win. After his performance at the Orpheum, he tweeted, “Finished my Boston show & raced over to #Fenway for the game.” He was sitting in front of Boston writer Ben Mezrich. Also at Fenway for the pennant win were Secretary of State John F. Kerry, Pats legend Drew Bledsoe, Celtics President of Basketball Operations Danny Ainge, Mayor Tom Menino, and Indiana Governor Mike Pence. Bledsoe, who now has his own winery (Doubleback), was also spotted at Head of the Charles Regatta on Sunday giving sips to guests at the BNY Mellon hospitality tent.
