Clio chef Ken Oringer (right) welcomed a special guest to his restaurant on Wednesday night — chef Michael Anthony, of Gramercy Tavern in New York. Diners at the guest-chef celebration tried a seven-course tasting menu and got copies of “The Gramercy Tavern Cookbook,” which came out last fall.
