Chef Ferran Adrià cooks up some magic at Museum of Science

Who better to kick off the Museum of Science’s new exhibit “Innovation in the Art of Food: Chef Ferran Adrià” than the celebrated Catalan chef himself. The exhibit, which opens Saturday, explores how Adrià and his team managed to make elBulli one of the world’s most exclusive dining spots. The restaurant on Spain’s Costa Brava closed in 2011; Adrià plans to reincarnate elBulli as a foundation and laboratory. . . . Tavern Road chef Louie DiBiccari and a cadre of culinary stars, including David Chang, Daniel Boulud, Colin Lynch, Nancy Cushman, and Carla Pallotta, kicked back at the Barbara Lynch Foundation’s Toques and Tonic event the other night.
