No, Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia (right) hasn’t switched sports. But Pedey did put on a pair of skates last week to shoot a commercial for Sullivan Tire & Auto Service. In the ad, which begins airing in March, Pedroia gets a few pointers from Bruins forward Gregory Campbell. At
5-foot-8, Pedroia would be among the shortest players in the NHL, but pint-size players Chris Drury, Paul Kariya, and the Bruins’ own Brad Marchand , who’s barely 5-foot-9, prove bigger is not always better.
