Entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and tech-savvy locals gathered at Royale on Thursday night for the eighth annual TUGG Tech Charity Wine Party. As the event’s name would suggest, there were sips for the group, as well as the opportunity to decide how to find social ventures around town.
