Documents from Summit County, Utah, show differing treatments for the house owned by Mitt Romney on his 1998, 1999 and 2000 tax bills.
1998 tax bill classified the property as "Non-pri Improv prop"
1999 tax bill classified the property as "Primary improved property," but continued to list Romney's Belmont address2000 tax bill continued the "Primary improved property" classification, and showed Romney's address in Park City, Utah.
