CORALVILLE, Iowa -- A customer at a restaurant in Iowa got a little something extra in the carry-out salad.

A lizard head was found in the salad prepared at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill and Bar in Coralville.

Applebee's says the lizard head has tested negative for salmonella. Final results are expected today.

Officials say the restaurant is now using pre-cut, pre-cleaned lettuce for it's salads.
