Bill, Ashland
These terrorists may have changed our lives, but they will NEVER change the American WAY of life. We may have lost our innocence, but we will never lose our Glory or caring for our fellow Americans.

Chuck, Provincetown, MA
My heart and prayers go out to all the victims and their families at such a difficult time. This tradegy has touch so many of us so closely. We must all stand together on this and reach out to each other. Tell someone who is close to you you love them. Let them know they are your angel. Angels are had to find, but they are all around us. Open your hearts to them and love one another. The Universe is in need of some love. Send your love out to the Universe, it is in need of some repair.

Helen, Quincy
To all of the victims and families my thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of sorrow.

Bob, Clinton
What I feel is deep saddness for the loss suffered by so many. I think of husbands and wives, sons and daughters, mothers and fathers, relatives and friends and just that person who was known by others. I cannot image what people are going through and I will not try. I know that no one understands unless they experience the same situation. Although I am far away, tears have come. This is a sad time for those who have suffered and for mankind in general. I will not philosophize here because life goes on. People today were driving just as reckless and noncaring as they did on Monday. Such disasters may cause us to stop and think for a moment, but they don't change our hearts. For those who have suffered loss I offer my sincere condolences. God Bless.

Steph, Revere
My heart goes out to the country. May all that perished in this disgusting act rest in peace with the Lord. I am in the military and ready to assist, protect, and defend our freedom. It is time to show the world that we ARE the strongest country and will not back down from anything. God Bless the USA. I love you.

Shalley, New Bedford
God Bless us! I would like to say my thoughts and condolences are with every soul that has a loved one missing or dead and for those heroes who are working non-stop trying to save more. Those are the REAL HEROES!! Never mind the professional athletes, singers, movie stars or what-have-you. The firefighters, police and rescue squads deserve all the celebrity and they should be payed as handsomely as celebrities for what they do, if not more!!

Sharon, Norristown PA
My condolences and prayers. for those lost and hurt and for their families and friends. We are a nation grieving together.

Tony, Malden
My heart goes out to all of the victims; my rage goes out to those who planned, enabled, and committed this vicious and heinous act. To the families and loved ones of the victims, I can only state that it is my sincere hope that this nation takes the appropriate measures to make sure that these poor people shall not have died in vain, and that the complete and utter annihilation of terrorist cells, backers, and supportive states is the end result. Make no mistake: this is a war, and it must be fought in a way that attains either the unconditional surrender, or complete and utter destruction of our enemies.

Carl, Needham
Almost three years to the day when we moved into our new home, she knocked on our door accompanied by her daughters to welcome us to the neighborhood. We never had the opportunity to express our friendship to her. She is no longer with us and our hearts ache for her husband and girls. Maybe it is now time to express our friendship.Take every day as if it is the last day of your life! The people you meet today may not be there tomorrow. May her family and the families of all the victims be assured they are now angels looking over us and let's make this world a better place to live! May they rest in peace.

Joerg M. Colberg, Boston
I am a German working and living in Boston. My thoughts and the thoughts of all my friends and relatives in Germany go to all those who lost loved ones in this terrible catastrophe. I hope people will be overcome their anger and desire for revenge and I hope everybody, including the people in this country, will work on making this planet a safer and better place. Violence can never be an answer.
