Officials, UMass to meet on Bayside
Some upset they weren’t clued in on expansion plan
State Senator Jack Hart, still smarting over University of Massachusetts Boston’s surprise announcement last week that it intends to acquire the neighboring Bayside Exposition Center property, has summoned chancellor Keith Motley and UMass president Jack Wilson to a meeting to explain the genesis and implications of the deal.
