Two join Endicott board

Endicott College’s board of trustees has named two new members, Cynthia Merkle of Swampscott and John E. Kavanagh III of Ipswich. Merkle, who received an associate’s degree from Endicott and a bachelor’s degree from Bryant College, is an executive vice president at Eastern Bank. Kavanagh, who holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Tufts University, is chairman and chief executive officer of Kavanagh Advisory Group. - Steven Rosenberg
