Charter school expansion

Foxborough Regional Charter School last week broke ground on a renovation and expansion project that will add 27 large classrooms and a double gymnasium to the building on Central Street. The project will also renovate the auditorium into a media center. The contract was awarded to Agostini Construction Co., the Rhode Island construction company that did the renovation on Ahern Middle School. The project is expected to take 18 months. — Joan Wilder
