Andover public school officials have moved to expel two high school basketball players and suspend several others for their involvement in a perverse hazing incident in July, denouncing the students’ alleged behavior as “very disturbing.’’ In a statement posted Wednesday evening on the district’s website, Andover superintendent Marinel McGrath said an investigation had determined that a number of Andover High School students had violated the schools’ policies against hazing and bullying, and would be subject to a range of disciplinary action that included suspension and expulsion.
