List of school districts impacted by charter school bills

Eleven lawmakers have sponsored a bill that would ease a cap on charter schools in the school districts with the lowest scores on the standardized MCAS tests. Previously, the state had limited charter school spending to 9 percent of a district's budget. In the 19 underperforming school districts, that cap would be raised to 20 percent. They are:
