In the 15 years since the Big Dig began, the value of downtown properties surrounding the mile-long Rose Kennedy Memorial Greenway has surged 79 percent, to $2.3 billion — and 11 marquee properties have more than doubled in value, according to a detailed Globe analysis of 45 properties. During the same period, properties across Boston increased 41 percent on average.
