Boston's latest homicide victim identified

Boston Police today identified the city's 37th homicide victim as Herman Taylor III.

The 18-year-old was shot multiple times Wednesday evening on Humboldt Avenue in Roxbury. Police said they have no suspects and are seeking the public's help.

Taylor's family said today they believe he was targeted.
