Fingerprints led to arrest in Revere home invasion, prosecutor says
By Emma G. Fitzsimmons, Globe correspondent
Police charged a 28-year-old Mattapan man with a brutal home invasion in Revere after finding his fingerprints on a window of the house, a prosecutor said today.
The prosecutor also said that Eric Morale allegedly used a gun during sexual assaults on two teenage girls in the house, and that Morale allegedly molested a 17-year-old girl he abducted in the back seat of a car on the way to the house.
He was ordered held on $500,000 cash bail on charges including kidnapping, indecent assault and batter on a child over 14, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Morale was also arraigned today on charges in connection with a high-speed chase Friday that led to his arrest by Boston Police.
His fingerprints were then matched to those found on the window of the Revere house and he was charged Sunday with the home invasion. Police are still seeking a second suspect.
