Three men are to expected to be arraigned on assault charges today after Attleboro police say the suspects broke into an apartment overnight and stabbed a man during a robbery.

The man, whose name has not been released, was rushed to Rhode Island Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to Attleboro police Lt. Kyle Heagney.

Six people who knew the victim forced their way into his apartment, stabbed him and stole an Xbox video game system, Heagney said.

A short time later, Seekonk Police arrested three suspects driving a green Dodge Durango near the Seekonk-Attleboro town line.

The suspects -- William Alvira, 24 of Worcester and Attleboro residents William Hancock, 19, and Rafael Billanueva, 28 -- are scheduled to be arraigned today in Attleboro District Court.
