Chester crash victim identified

State Police yesterday identified David Carrasquillo, 27, of Westfield, as the driver of a car involved in a one-vehicle crash on Skyline Trail on Wednesday morning.

Carrasquillo was driving a Honda Accord north on Skyline Trail when he lost control of the vehicle and hit a utility pole. He was declared dead at the scene and was wearing his seatbelt.
