Three buses stranded after minor accident on Zakim Bridge
By Globe Staff
Authorities are trying to remove two coaches and an empty school bus that were stranded on the southbound lanes on the Zakim Bridge after a minor accident, State Police reported.
Police released few details about the incident, but did say one person sustained a minor injury. The school bus sustained significant front-end damage in the crash, police said.
The roughly 50 passengers who were on the two coaches were transferred to an MBTA bus and taken off the bridge.
