Husband charged with wife's death in Grafton
By David Abel, Globe Staff
A 65-year-old Grafton man walked into a local police station Thursday morning and told officers he had strangled his wife, prosecutors said.
David Hall was later arraigned at Westboro District Court on charges of murder and assault and battery. Police found his wife, Judith Hall, 62, dead in the master bedroom of their home on Old Westoro Road, shortly before 10 a.m. in what they described as a case of domestic violence.
Hall pleaded not guilty to the charges and was held without bail. He was scheduled to return to court for a pre-trial conference on June 8.
