Boston Police identified the man shot and killed in Dorchester Tuesday as 21-year-old Cordeiro Andrade.
Andrade, of Roxbury, was shot and killed at about 5:15 p.m. on Ames Street in the Franklin Field public housing development. Witnesses said they heard about six or seven gunshots and saw a man in the street bleeding from a head wound. Police have not reported making any arrests.
Andrade was one of two men killed Tuesday in a spate of gun violence.
