A 453-foot long Navy warship will be open to the public this weekend in the Charlestown Navy Yard.

The USS McInerney will open for tours Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11, and from 1 p.m. to 4. On Sunday afternoon, it will be open from 1 to 4. The ship, which weighs 4,100 tons and has a home port of Maryport, Fla., brought 200 sailors to Boston for Dorchester Day weekend.

This evening, the ship’s color guard will participate in the National Anthem at the Red Sox-New York Yankees game.
