Identity released in Randolph fatal

Authorities have identified the 10-year-old Randolph boy killed yesterday by an sport utility vehicle while riding his bike on a neighborhood street.
Nemesio Serrano, was riding down Allen Street when he was struck by the SUV, said David Traub, spokesman for the Norfolk district attorney's office.
Serrano was pronounced dead at Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton.
The circumstances surrounding the accident are still under investigation, officials said.
