WE ALL DESERVE a criminal justice system that sends fewer innocent citizens to prison. The "innocence" panel is a no-brainer. But don't the exonerated deserve more than a heartfelt apology ("Inmate's exoneration renews calls for an `innocence' panel," Page A1, March 9)?
