He won't be intimidated by website

SO, THE gays and lesbians have a hit list. Amazing ("Another website to list gay-marriage foes," City & Region, June 12). KnowThyNeighbor.org is a searchable database with the names of Massachusetts residents who signed the petition for a constitutional amendment to outlaw gay marriage. This list is for intimidation, not for ``dialogue," as the website's creators absurdly claim.

It is nobody's business what petitions we may sign. I myself sign every referendum petition I see so that it has the chance of a full debate and the opportunity to be decided by all the voters.

In this case, I didn't sign it because I didn't see it. I also happen to be very opposed to gay-marriage and would sign it now, especially now, with my largest John Hancock.
