Governor's all wet

POET GERARD Manley Hopkins had something to say regarding Governor Patrick's plans to follow President Bush's misbegotten policy of letting developers set the pace for the wetlands permitting process. Here, from Hopkins's poem "Inversnaid":

What would the world be, once bereft
