Students from the William Blackstone Elementary School on Shawmut Avenue in Boston received a visit from Elmo after being awarded 'The Good Neighbor Award' from Sesame Place, the theme park based on Sesame Street. The award was created to recognize schools that demonstrate acts of good citizenship. This year students took part in a recycling campaign and collected about 8,000 pounds of paper and old newspapers.
