One area where the Turkmen have it good

Gas prices aren't what they were, but they can still make you wince. Maybe the bar graph on this page of Foreign Policy magazine will make you feel better.

It depicts the cost to fill up the 13.2-gallon tank of a 2007 Honda Civic in 16 nations.

The only places with gas cheaper than in the United States are Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Venezuela, and Turkmenistan. And those places have other drawbacks. Maybe you'd overlook them if you drove a Suburban.
