History's collaborators
The Boston History Collaborative's 2003 History Makers Awards drew 325 guests to the Four Seasons Hotel Wednesday and raised $230,000. This year's honorees were: Northeastern University president Richard M. Freeland, Massachusetts General Hospital president Dr. Peter Slavin, EMC Corp. executive chairman Michael Ruettgers, and Henry Lee, founder of the Friends of the Public Garden.
