In its final weekend the Rockport Chamber Music Festival offers music from Central Europe (Janacek and and Dohnanyi ) tonight at 8 in the Rockport Art Association -- performers include pianists Andrew Rangell and Judith Gordon, horn Jean Rife , clarinet Bruce Creditor, and bassoonist Thomas Stephenson. Sunday at 5 brings on the Eroica Trio in an American program (Ives, Gershwin, and Mark O'Connor ). . . . Aston Magna launches its season with a Mozart program tomorrow at 5 in the Daniel Arts Center at Simon's Rock College in Great Barrington; soprano Dominique Labelle is among the soloists. . . . Tanglewood presents the Juilliard Quartet tonight at 8:30 in Seiji Ozawa Hall; a broadcast of ``A Prairie Home Companion" with Garrison Keillor tomorrow at 5:45 in the Shed; and the second of Garrick Ohlsson's Beethoven sonata cycle recitals Sunday at 2:30, back in Ozawa Hall.
