When editors at the Spanish-language newspaper El Planeta received requests to cover social events, they would pass. The paper focuses on hard news for Massachusetts' Spanish-speaking population and not fund-raisers, parties, or awards ceremonies. But the invites poured in, and the editors realized there was room for a publication highlighting Latinos in the social scene. And so EntreAmigos was born. (Full article: 1032 words)
