Tomorrow: At Ryles, Brazilian vocalist/guitarist Teresa Ines leads a quintet, including some of Boston's finest South American-born musicians, for a set of jazz-inflected traditional and contemporary Brazilian songs and originals. Sunday: A public memorial service celebrating the life and music of beloved trumpeter and educator Herb Pomeroy, featuring musical and spoken tributes, is at Emmanuel Church, Boston. Acclaimed bass virtuoso Hilliard Greene, musical director for legendary vocalist Jimmy Scott, presents a solo concert titled "Bach to Bop - Classical and Jazz," at the Colonial Inn, Concord. Wednesday: Austrian electric guitar master Wolfgang Muthspiel and his trio, whose recent disc "Bright Side" was widely hailed as one of the year's best, will be at the Regattabar. Thursday: Singer, pianist, and revered songwriter Mose Allison brings his unique blues/jazz synthesis to Scullers, opening a two-night stand.
