Brady condos for sale

Want to live in Tom Brady's building? Two condos in the Beacon Street brownstone that the Pats QB bought for $6.2 million last year are now on the market. The former apartment building now has an elevator and will soon have a doorman, according to the property listing. One of the pads has three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, and can be yours for a cool $4.59 million. Those quarters come with parking, an au-pair suite, and an outdoor deck. The other unit, which boasts three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, goes for a mere $3.99 million. Real estate sources tell us that No. 12 will be keeping the building's top two floors, the ones with sweeping views of the Charles River.

Celts off the court
Big soccer fan that he is, Celts star Kevin Garnett (inset) planned to attend last night's tilt between Brazil and Mexico at Gillette Stadium. (Garnett was especially excited to see Brazilian midfielder Ronaldinho Gaucho.) Meanwhile, KG's teammates Eddie House and Glen "Big Baby" Davis were knocking it around yesterday at the Granite Links golf course in Quincy. Tonight, C's captain Paul Pierce and teammate James Posey are on the guest list for Josh Beckett's fund-raiser in Malden. Others expected at Beckett Bowl include Dale Earnhardt Jr., Dane Cook, Bosox brass John Henry and Tom Werner, Pats players Rosevelt Colvin, Vince Wilfork, Randy Moss, Eugene Wilson, Adalius Thomas, Wes Welker, and Ellis Hobbs, and actor Jason Biggs.

Fireman hits jackpot
With George Romero's "Diary of the Dead," Dan Fireman (inset) has hit the moviemaker's equivalent of the jackpot. The Weinstein Co. is paying nearly $2.5 million for the North American rights to the horror flick. It's the first producing credit for Fireman, whose dad Paul is the former owner of Reebok. His foray into the world of film meant that Fireman got to walk the red carpet at the Toronto International Film Festival - with more than 50 zombies.

Scene in South Boston
Candice Bergen, Debra Messing, Jada Pinkett Smith, and Meg Ryan arrived early yesterday morning to a Summer Street office building in South Boston to film a chichi fashion scene for "The Women." Bergen - who worked with the film's writer-director, Diane English, on "Murphy Brown" - plays Ryan's mother in the remake of the George Cukor classic. We also hear that location scouts for "The Women" had to go to a Plan B to find a swanky apartment for Annette Bening's character. Seems initial requests to shoot at a certain Back Bay pad got nixed by a condo association. So the filmmakers scrambled, opting for a chic space on Sewell Avenue in Brookline.

The games will be on
The good news is that Sean McDonough's annual fund-raiser for children's charities is Sunday night at the Boston Harbor Hotel. The bad news is that the Sox and the Pats are both playing that night. But instead of postponing his party, we're told McDonough has made arrangements so his 700 guests can watch the games on giant flat screens. He's also hastily put the auction items - dinner with Matt Damon at Davio's, tix to the LA premiere of Damon's documentary "Running the Sahara," a visit to the set of ABC's college football show with Craig James, John Saunders, and Doug Flutie - online at seanmcdonoughfoundation.org/AUC TIONONLINE/auction.html.

Mendoza's senior project runway
As part of Boston's Fashion Week, BU senior Sam Mendoza (above left, with Betty Riaz) showed off his couture clothing line JeTom at a runway show at the Estate last night.

Baldwin in Boston
We're betting Alec Baldwin (inset) will be a nutty law professor. The "30 Rock" star will be at Suffolk University's Law School tomorrow and Saturday to film scenes for "Bachelor No. 2." Because of Baldwin's busy schedule on the hit NBC sitcom, he'll be in Boston for several Fridays to shoot all of his scenes.

Harding has all the moves
He's done his crazy dance all over the world, from Belize to Belgium and beyond. But when Matt Harding arrived in Boston, he was hassled. Harding, whose videotaped two-steps have been viewed millions of times on YouTube, planned to dance at the Boston Common yesterday, but was told at the last minute he'd need a permit. So much for hospitality. Harding did his jig at Quincy Market instead.

Berklee to honor Clint Eastwood
Berklee College announced it's giving Oscar winner Clint Eastwood an honorary degree at the 50th Monterey Jazz Festival. Eastwood, a jazz buff from way back, will receive the degree Sept. 22 from Berklee president Roger Brown and alum Diana Krall.

A little advice for Gisele when she's in Ireland
Tom Brady's supermodel sweetheart is off to Ireland to flog her new sandal collection. But before leaving, we're told that Gisele Bundchen (inset) was given a little helpful advice: Refrain from making the peace sign. Bundchen often flashes two fingers for photographers, but the genial hand gesture has a different meaning in Ireland, where it's an obscenity of sorts. Bundchen's bound for the Emerald Isle to promote her line of Ipanema sandals.

Fenway fashion plates
Tiffany Ortiz and Yuka Okajima were out at the Stil store in the new Natick Collection yesterday trying on some of the luxe fashions they will be wearing tomorrow at the annual Red Sox wives charity luncheon. Also strutting the catwalk for the "Runway to Fenway" event to benefit the Red Sox Foundation are Jacque Francona, Shonda Schilling, Kelli Pedroia, Georgia Nua, Dawn Timlin, and Ronda Mills.
