Photographer Kent Dayton followed Alex de Frondeville, 37, of Arlington from morning - when he helped his wife, Georgia Critsley, feed twins Catherine and Christian - to evening - when he helped put them down. He admits he sometimes thinks "it would be nice if it was like the old days," when fathers weren't expected to help run the house.
