SAVING WATER Each tap in the house is connected to its own on-demand water heater. Unlike a conventional water heater, which keeps gallons of water hot, whether it's needed or not, this system is triggered only when a faucet is turned on and heats only the water being used. The bathrooms are all also equipped with low-flush toilets.
