Wes Atamian, Mish Michaels, and daughter Nalina, 11 months, relax in their living room. Michaels has lived in the building, in four different units, since moving to Boston 16 years ago. She loved the location and the building's amenities. After this major renovation, she and Atamian also now love their expanded condo.
