A kitchen remake |

Eddie Kelly called upon professional organizer Michele Matties to help him redo the kitchen in his 1940s Quincy bungalow.
By opting to add custom cabinets and glass display shelves to his 9 1/2-by-16 foot kitchen, Eddie Kelly had to trade off some of the other items on his wish list. For example, he decided to forgo buying a new refrigerator, dish washer, and sink. He also kept the existing vinyl flooring and opted for a ceramic tile counter top rather than a more expensive surface. But, he says, the custom work got him the look and added storage he wanted.
