Charles W. Chatfield, an English teacher and former headmaster at Boston's Commonwealth School, died March 26 in Chilton House Hospice in Cambridge. Mr. Chatfield, of Cambridge and Rockport, Maine, was 78 and had suffered from Parkinson's disease for six years. (Full article: 680 words)
