Health blogs and policy, live from DC with Boston link

Posted by Elizabeth Cooney July 29, 2008 10:39 AM

If you've missed John McDonough's posts on A Healthy Blog, you can catch up with him at 1 p.m. today on a Kaiser Family Foundation live webcast on "The Health Blogosphere: What It Means for Policy Debates and Journalism."

McDonough, former executive director of Boston-based Health Care For All, has moved to Senator Edward M. Kennedy's Washington office. He'll be talking about blogging in the healthcare arena, along with Michael Leavitt, secretary of the US Department of Health and Human Services and the first Cabinet officer to have his own official blog.

If you'd like to ask the panelists a question, send it to ask@kaisernetwork.org.
