TRX is an amazing and highly effective way to transform and strengthen every inch of your body. I have written about the benefits of TRX suspension training in the past and wanted to follow-up with a list of some of the health clubs and gyms that TRX is offered at in our area.

The below list is inconclusive as I am awaiting more information from the company that created the TRX program. However, if you are not listed and you are a health club that offers TRX or is about to launch the TRX program, please email me so I can add you to the list.

Beverly Athletic Club - Beverly, MA     978-927-0920

Boston Personal Training - Natick & South Natick, MA     508-655-9600

Energy Within - Marblehead, MA     781-631-0771

Fitness Factor - Quincy, MA     617-519-7271 (new to list)

Manchester Athletic Club - Manchester, MA     978-526-1681

Newton JCC - Newton, MA     617-558-6522

Stoughton YMCA - Stoughton, MA     781-341-2016
