OUI Arrest After Suspect Conveniently Crashes into a Police Cruiser

Sometimes they make it easy for you.

Massachusetts State Police officers arrested a Westminster man after his SUV allegedly crossed into opposing traffic and struck their cruiser in Leominster Sunday night.

The crash occurred just after 8 p.m. on Route 2 near the Route 12 interchange.

Gregory T. Graham, 50, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, second offense, after officers at the scene reportedly determined he was impaired.

Graham was taken to Leominster Hospital with minor injuries.

The officers were uninjured, but were also sent to the hospital as a precaution.
