Azamat Tazhayakov, one of three friends of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, is on trial in federal court in Boston for allegedly interfering with the bombing investigation.

Tazhayakov, 20, is accused of removed items from the bombing suspect’s UMass Dartmouth dorm room on April 18, 2013, just days after the blasts.

Tazhayakov has pleaded not guilty to obstruction of justice and conspiracy charges. His trial is expected to take three weeks.
