A 19-year-old Beverly man and two minors are facing charges in connection with a suspicious fire last weekend that destroyed two homes and damaged eight others in the Massachusetts town.

Zackary Pavia will be arraigned today in Salem District Court on 10 counts of arson and, according to CBS Boston, 13 counts of destruction of property, one count of breaking and entering, and one count of trespassing.

The Massachusetts Fire Marshal’s office said a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old will also be charged in connection to the fire. They’re facing accessory and trespassing charges.

The fire was started in an unfinished home and spread to nine others, including one under construction and eight occupied homes, causing an estimated $2 million in damages. One car was also destroyed, but no one was injured.
