CALVARY COACH BUS CRASH SCENES
A Calvary Coach bus carrying mostly high school students crashed Feb. 2 as it attempted to drive under an overpass in Boston and left multiple people injured and trapped inside, according to the Boston Fire Department and State Police.
The Calvary Coach bus involved the crash was towed to Mal’s Service Center in Arlington.

Thirty victims with minor injuries boarded a MBTA bus near the scene. They were expected to be transported to Brigham and Women’s and Beth Israel hospitals.

The crash occurred after the bus hit the Western Avenue Bridge while traveling east on Soldiers Field Road around 7:34 p.m., authorities said.
A total of 34 passengers were injured in the crash, said Jennifer Mehigan, a spokeswoman for Boston EMS.
The passengers on the bus were from a group of students and chaperones doing a school tour in Boston.
Three victims were seriously injured and taken to Boston hospitals, Mehigan said. One was transported to Brigham and Women’s Hospital, one to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and one to Massachusetts General Hospital.
State Police are investigating the incident to determine if charges will be brought, State Police spokesman David Procopio said. The bus should not have been driving on the road due to the its height, he said.
