Wareham is concerned about development in Plymouth and Carver, and Kingston has a town well near the Plymouth line. Those are just some of the reasons why everyone living within the 199-square-mile Plymouth-Carver aquifer should be concerned about their water, said Lee Hartmann, Plymouth's director of planning and development.
