EVERETT -- When Howard Hoffman heard that Congress was about to ban his favorite muscle-building supplement, there was just one thing to do: lay in a year's supply of androstenedione before the ban started. Although doctors say "andro" can damage livers and do other harm, Hoffman thinks it has been key to his comeback in a testosterone-driven sport, power-lifting. (Full article: 769 words)
