The daughter of a woman who died after choking on her lunch at Youville Hospital & Rehabilitation Center sued the hospital and two medical staff members yesterday, charging that their attempts to save Rosalyn Pearl were "a comedy of errors" that exposed poor emergency training as well as faulty life-saving equipment at the Cambridge facility.
