A Milford man was arrested last night in a hit-and-run accident on Interstate 495 in Franklin that left a tractor-trailer driver dead, state police said. Karpegiane Jordao, 26, of Milford, was charged with motor vehicular homicide, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene, and marked lanes violations.
